You own what you build
The short version: everything you make is yours, export is always available and always complete, and the free plan needs no card.

The agreement
Using BLOKZA means agreeing to what is on this page. It is written to be read, not to be impressive. If something here seems unreasonable, tell us — we would rather fix the terms than argue about them.
Your account
You need an account only to save sites to the cloud; the editor works without one. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person per account. If a team needs shared access, get in touch rather than passing one password around.
Who owns what you build
Everything you build is yours. We claim no ownership of your text, images, layouts or the sites you publish, and we do not use them to train anything.
We need a narrow, practical permission to run the service: to store your site so you can open it again, and to serve it to visitors when you publish. That is the whole extent of it, and it ends when you delete the site.
Export is always available and always the complete site, so leaving costs you nothing but the time to download it.
Acceptable use
Do not use BLOKZA to publish material that is illegal where you or your visitors are, to impersonate someone else, to run phishing or malware, or to host content that sexually exploits children. Do not attempt to break the service, read other people's data, or work around the limits of your plan.
We will remove content and close accounts that do these things, and we will report what the law requires us to report.
Free and paid plans
The free plan is genuinely free and needs no card. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, and prices are on the pricing page. If we change a price, it takes effect at your next renewal and we tell you before then.
Cancel whenever you like. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your sites stay exportable either way.
Availability and change
We aim to keep the service up and we do not promise perfection. Published sites are static files on a CDN, which is the most durable part of the system: they generally keep serving even when the editor is unavailable.
Features change. We add things, and occasionally we remove something that is not working. When a removal would affect how your existing sites behave, we will say so before it happens.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time, and doing so deletes the sites attached to it. We may close an account that breaks the acceptable use section above, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
BLOKZA is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data you had not exported, or anything you could have avoided by keeping your own copy — and export exists precisely so you can. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
